Packing gland and vertical suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump using the packing gland
The packing cover of the vertical suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump comprises an annular cover and a water collector. The annular cover comprises a first axial surface located on the inner ring, a second axial surface located on the outer ring, and a drainage hole penetrating the first and second axial surfaces. A liquid accumulation cavity formed by a depression in the direction of the second axial surface is provided on the first axial surface, and the water collector is assembled on the second axial surface and sealed with the drainage hole. The beneficial effect of this technical method is that the leaked water on the pump shaft is discharged from the circumference of the gland through the liquid accumulation cavity and drainage hole. Since the packing gland itself does not rotate with the shaft, the discharged leaked water can be centrally treated without flying around, ensuring that the water flows evenly into the liquid tray of the packing box volume, and then flows into the water tank through the drainage pipeline to ensure a good operating environment for the water pump.
Technical requirements: 1. A packing gland for pump shaft sealing, characterized by comprising an annular gland and a water collector, wherein the annular gland comprises a first axial surface located on the inner ring, a second axial surface located on the outer ring, and a drainage hole passing through the first axial surface and the second axial surface. A liquid accumulation cavity formed by a depression in the direction of the second axial surface is provided on the first axial surface, and the water collector is assembled on the second axial surface and sealed with the drainage hole. The drainage hole connects the liquid accumulation cavity and the water collector.
